AUCTION: Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits of Himalayan Ibex

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department, through the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP, invites eligible outfitters registered under relevant laws to participate in the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the sealed bid auction of exportable trophy hunting permits of Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica). The bid receiving and submission deadline is 15/10/2026 at 01:30 PM, with financial bid opening scheduled for 15/10/2026 at 02:00 PM via the EPADS online portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). The auction requires bidders to register on the EPADS system to obtain user credentials and submit scanned proposals online. Physical submissions via hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted in original physical form as a CDR in the name of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP.
