AUCTION: Farm Produce, Solar Panels, VFD and Iron Stand by Water Management Research Centre Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. A public auction will be held on 13.10.2026 at 10:00 am in the office of the Director, Water Management Research Centre (WMRC), University of Agriculture Faisalabad, located at PARS, Jhang Road, Faisalabad. The auction includes a variety of farm produce and miscellaneous items. Items being auctioned: - Wheat Straw (392 mound & 30 kg) - Millet (77 mound & 16 kg) - Maize (78 mound & 17 kg) - Sorghum (35 kg) - Linseed (3 mound & 35 kg) - Canola (1 mound & 11 kg) - Chickpea (White) (1 mound & 14 kg) - Chickpea (Black) (1 mound & 06 kg) - Paddy Rice Kainat (21 mound) - Sorghum (Chari) fodder (8 kanals) - Solar Panels (16 panels) - VFD (4kw) (02 kg Scrap Aluminum) - Iron stand (75 kg Scrap Iron) The auctioned farm produce and crops can be inspected during office hours prior to the auction. Bidders must submit a valid CNIC copy and pay a security fee of Rs. 50,000/- refundable if unsuccessful. Advance tax will be deducted at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers on the gross sale value. One-third of the total gross sale value must be paid on the spot by the highest bidder, with the remainder payable after approval by the competent authority. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Items will be sold on an 'as is, where is' basis. If the auction is cancelled or unsuccessful, it will be re-held on 20.10.2026 at 10:00 am, and if needed, a second auction will be held on 27.10.2026 at 10:00 am. Any disputes will be referred to the Vice Chancellor or his nominee, whose decision will be final. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and ensure timely submission of their bids with all required documents to avoid disqualification. The security fee must be paid before the auction process begins.
