Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Conservator of Forests Dadu Range is inviting bids for the auction of forest produce sale rights for the year 2026. This auction will be held at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Dadu, on 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the rights to collect and sell forest produce from the designated forest areas under the Dadu Range.
Items being auctioned:
- Sale rights for all forest produce (timber, firewood, etc.) from Dadu Range for the year 2026
- Sale rights for all forest produce (timber, firewood, etc.) from Johi Range for the year 2026
The successful bidder will be required to pay 10 percent of the bid amount as earnest money on the spot. The remaining amount must be deposited within two days of the auction. If the successful bidder fails to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated time, the earnest money will be forfeited and the auction may be re-conducted. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of financial capability to the auction venue.
The auction is open to all eligible parties, and the process will be conducted transparently in accordance with departmental rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions before participating. For a better chance of success, ensure you have the required earnest money and supporting documents ready on the day of the auction. Timely arrival at the auction venue is recommended as the process will start promptly at the announced time.
