Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, including timely payment of lease amounts and adherence to Pakistan Railways regulations. Earnest Money (CDR/Pay Order) equivalent to 10% of the reserve price is mandatory for each lot. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar contracts will be preferred. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 10 October 2026. Bids must be submitted at the office of the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Rawalpindi.
