AUCTION: Fruit Market Fee Collection Rights and Parking Stand Lease Dera Ghazi Khan 2026-27

Market Committee Dera Ghazi Khan invites bids for the annual auction of rights to collect market fees and operate the parking stand at Sabzi Fruit Mandi, Multan Road, Dera Ghazi Khan for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted through an e-auction system, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all interested parties. The auction date is set for Thursday, 03 September 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-auction portal. If the auction is not finalized on the first attempt, it will be repeated on 05 September 2026. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for market fee at Sabzi Fruit Mandi, Multan Road, Dera Ghazi Khan (Reserve price: Rs. 12,000,000) - Lease rights for the parking stand at Sabzi Fruit Mandi, Multan Road, Dera Ghazi Khan (Reserve price: Rs. 2,000,000) Both rights are for the period from 01 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-auction portal (https://eauctionpamra.punjab.gov.pk) and deposit a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 50,000 for each lot. Earnest money of Rs. 50,000 per lot is also required, payable via bank draft or pay order in favor of the Market Committee Dera Ghazi Khan. The successful bidder must deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. The auction is open to all eligible parties, but those blacklisted or defaulters of the Market Committee are not allowed to participate.
