Tender Description
The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, under the Ministry of Industries & Production, is conducting an open auction for various furniture and fixed assets located across multiple sites in Punjab. This auction is an excellent opportunity for suppliers and buyers interested in acquiring used office and store equipment at competitive prices.

The auction will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 platform (Ref # D10280) from 12-07-2026 to 09:00 AM on 27-07-2026. The open auction will open at 11:00 AM on 27-07-2026, where the disposal committee will award the highest bidder against the reserve price. The quoted prices must include all taxes, duties, levies, and charges including sales tax/FED.
Eligible participants must be Pakistani nationals with computerized National Identity Cards issued by NADRA, and must hold NTN and GST registration. Defaulters of government departments or government servants are not eligible. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted by 24-07-2026 before 04:30 PM. The earnest money will be refunded to all except the highest bidder.
The auction items are located at various addresses including Lahore (North and South), Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Okara, Gujranwala, and Sialkot. Successful bidders will be responsible for collection and lifting of items from designated locations as per the schedule on EPADS 2.0.
