Eligible participants must be Pakistani nationals with computerized National Identity Cards issued by NADRA, and must hold NTN and GST registration. Defaulters of government departments or government servants are not eligible. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted by 24-07-2026 before 04:30 PM. The earnest money will be refunded to all except the highest bidder.
