This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the lease for operating these public toilet facilities for a fixed period, under the terms and conditions set by the Board. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for 12 group latrine units (public toilets) situated at Jinnah Road and Murree Road, Murree - Reserve price per unit: Rs. 300,000 The technical scope includes the management, operation, and maintenance of these public latrine units, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper service to the public. The successful bidder will be responsible for all operational aspects as per the lease agreement. The auction will be held on 28-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Murree Hills. Interested parties must submit a pay order of Rs. 300,000 as earnest money for each unit they wish to bid for, along with their application. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable within 30 days. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, proof of financial capability, and compliance with all terms outlined in the auction notice.
