AUCTION: Gwadar District and Ormara District Fishery Fee Collection Rights 2025-2026

The Office of the Assistant Director Fisheries Gwadar is inviting sealed bids for the auction of annual fishery fee collection rights for the financial year 2025-2026 in two districts: Gwadar and Ormara. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the exclusive rights to collect fishery-related fees in these coastal districts, which are known for their active fishing communities and commercial marine activities. Items being auctioned: - Annual fishery fee collection rights for District Gwadar (Reserve price: 2500000 روپے) - Annual fishery fee collection rights for District Ormara (Reserve price: 2500000 روپے) The technical scope includes the collection of all specified fishery-related fees as per the terms and conditions set by the Balochistan Fisheries Department. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection from all relevant stakeholders within the district boundaries for the entire financial year. The reserve price for each district is set at **PKR 2,500,000** per annum, and bids below this amount will not be considered. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a pay order or CDR equivalent to 25% of the reserve price as earnest money along with their sealed offer. Bidders must also provide valid CNIC copies and proof of relevant experience in fee collection or similar contracts, if applicable. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee on **02-10-2026** at the office of the Assistant Director Fisheries Gwadar. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
