Lyari Development Authority is conducting a public auction for commercial plots in Hawksbay Scheme 42, Karachi. This is a significant opportunity for investors and business owners to acquire prime commercial property in a well-known development scheme under the Government of Sindh. The auction will be held at Silver Center, Block 16-B, Hawksbay Scheme 42, Karachi, on 10 March 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and secure their desired plots through a transparent open auction process.
The following commercial plots are available for auction:
- Block 11-A Commercial Area: 12 plots, each 600 sq. yards, reserve price Rs. 38,250 per sq. yard (plot numbers 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, 18, 19)
- Block 11-B Commercial Area: 12 plots, each 600 sq. yards, reserve price Rs. 38,250 per sq. yard (plot numbers 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12)
- Block 11-C Commercial Area: 12 plots, each 600 sq. yards, reserve price Rs. 38,250 per sq. yard (plot numbers 1, 2, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30)
- Block 12-C Commercial Area: 1 plot, 1600 sq. yards, reserve price Rs. 38,250 per sq. yard (plot number 1)
- Block 11-C Commercial Area: 5 plots, each 600 sq. yards, reserve price Rs. 38,250 per sq. yard (plot numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
All participants must bring original CNIC and pay earnest money of Rs. 25,000 per plot in the form of pay order in favor of Lyari Development Authority. Successful bidders will be required to pay 25% of the total bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount payable in installments as per the authority's schedule.
