Lease of Installation, Operations & Maintenance of MUPI Signboards and Car Parking at Gilgit Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of installation, operations, and maintenance of MUPI signboards and car parking facilities at Gilgit Airport. This concession is offered for a period of three years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price for the concession is **PKR 36,700**. Items being leased: - Installation, Operations & Maintenance of MUPI Signboards - Car Parking at Gilgit Airport The concessionaire will be responsible for the upkeep and management of the signboards and parking area, ensuring smooth operations throughout the license period. The site is located at Gilgit Airport, a key regional hub in Gilgit-Baltistan. Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained from the C.O.O./APM Office at Gilgit Airport upon submission of a written request along with CNIC, NTN certificate, and a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed together in one envelope and dropped in the designated tender box at the Airport Manager/C.O.O. office by the deadline. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the box is desealed in the presence of bidders. Advance income tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are ineligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The tender opening and submission deadline is **04 September 2026 at 11:00 AM**.
