AUCTION: Shop Rent Collection Rights and Parking Fee Collection Market Committee Shujabad 2026-27

Market Committee Shujabad invites open public auction for the collection rights of shop rents and parking fees for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for shop rents at Market Committee Shujabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 900,000, Annual Value: Rs. 9,000,000) - Collection rights for parking fee at Market Committee Shujabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 900,000, Annual Value: Rs. 9,000,000) - Collection rights for shop rents at Sub Market Committee Shujabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,200,000, Annual Value: Rs. 22,000,000) Each lot has a specified reserve price and annual value. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting the respective fees or rents for the entire financial year. Earnest money of Rs. 30,000 per lot must be deposited in advance to participate in the auction. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The deadline for participation is 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
