AUCTION: Headworks Karam VI Saline Zone Rahim Yar Khan Lease Rights

Headworks Karam VI is inviting bids for the public auction of lease rights for the Saline Zone at Headworks Karam VI, Rahim Yar Khan. The auction will be held on 27 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the site, under the supervision of the General Manager Operations. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the lease of the saline zone, which is suitable for various commercial or agricultural uses as permitted by the department. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Saline Zone (Headworks Karam VI, Rahim Yar Khan) with a minimum annual reserve price of Rs. 100,000 The technical scope includes the exclusive use of the saline zone area as per the terms set by the department. The successful bidder will be responsible for all activities within the leased area and must comply with all legal and departmental requirements. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and companies. To participate, bidders must deposit earnest money of Rs. 100,000 in cash before the auction begins. The highest bid will be accepted, subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the balance due within 10 days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the award. Bids will be accepted in person at the auction venue. The deadline for final payment is 4:00 PM on 26 October 2026 for earnest money, and the auction will be conducted on 27 October 2026.
