AUCTION: 3150 Ton Hydraulic Press Sale and Dismantling at HMC Taxila

Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila invites sealed bids for the auction and dismantling of a 3150 ton hydraulic press. This auction is open to all interested parties who wish to purchase and dismantle the specified press equipment located at HMC premises in Taxila. The auction will be held on 22 October 2026 at 2:30 PM at the HMC site. Items being auctioned: - 3150 ton hydraulic press (complete unit) for sale and dismantling The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete dismantling and removal of the hydraulic press from the HMC premises. The reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 2,000,000, and all participants must deposit 20 percent of the reserve price as earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) in favor of HMC before participating in the auction. Only those who submit the earnest money will be allowed to participate in the bidding process. Interested parties can inspect the press and its site before the auction date during working hours. The highest bidder will be required to deposit the full bid amount within 7 days of the auction and must complete the dismantling and removal within 15 days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). All dismantling work must comply with HMC safety and operational guidelines. Taxes and duties, if any, will be borne by the successful bidder. For bidders, it is advisable to visit the site in advance to assess the dismantling requirements and plan logistics, as timely removal is strictly enforced by HMC. Ensure all CDR and documentation are prepared before the auction date to avoid last-minute issues.
