AUCTION: Iron Scrap, Vehicle Parts, Rubber Scrap, Plastic Scrap, Aluminum Scrap, Computer Scrap, Old Tyres and Batteries

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Directorate General Research and Development Establishment in Rawalpindi announces an auction scheduled for 30 September 2026. Bidders must lift the material within ten days of the auction; failure to do so will result in a penalty of 2% of the total amount per day. Entry to the unit requires two photocopies of a computerized identity card; without the original identity card, entry will be prohibited. Flammable materials, cigarettes, matchboxes, weapons, and other prohibited items are not allowed in the unit. Further terms will be announced at the time of the auction.
