AUCTION: Police Vehicles Including Toyota Pickup, Vigo, and Suzuki Mehran in Chitral

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, Chitral, is conducting an open auction for a range of official vehicles that are no longer required for departmental use. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process, which will be held at the Police Lines, Chitral, on 5 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The vehicles can be inspected on 4 October 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The auction will be conducted in accordance with departmental rules, and successful bidders will be required to deposit the full bid amount immediately after the auction. Items being auctioned: - 5 x Toyota Pickup 4x2 (Model Years: 2003-2, 2010-2, 2019-1) - 1 x Toyota Vigo Double Cabin 4x4 (Model Year: 2011) - 1 x Suzuki Pickup (Model Year: 2007) - 5 x Suzuki Mehran (Model Year: 2019-5) - 1 x Toyota Vigo Double Cabin 4x4 (Model Year: 2011) - 1 x Toyota Pickup 4x4 Single Cabin (Model Year: 2024) All vehicles are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and a pay order for earnest money as specified by the department. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and deposit the required earnest money will be allowed to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The auction will be supervised by the District Police Officer, Chitral.
