Items being auctioned: - Rights to operate and manage the car parking facility at K Block, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27 The technical scope includes the management of parking operations, collection of parking fees, and ensuring the security and orderliness of the parking area. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and a pay order of Rs. 2,00,000 as earnest money (Bid Security) in favor of the department. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the final bid amount on the spot and the remaining 20% within the stipulated time. All government taxes and applicable charges will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
