Hiring of Residential Accommodation on Rent by COMSATS University Islamabad

COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for hiring residential accommodation on rent. The accommodation must be on a plot measuring between 500 to 1,000 square yards, with a constructed area not less than 5,500 square feet. The property should be located in any of the following areas: I-8, D-12, F-10, F-11, DHA (Phase-II), and Bahria Enclave in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Residential accommodation on rent - Plot size: 500 to 1,000 square yards - Constructed area: minimum 5,500 square feet - Location: I-8, D-12, F-10, F-11, DHA (Phase-II), Bahria Enclave The accommodation should be no more than 3 years old, in good livable condition with A-Class finishes, and have at least five bedrooms with attached baths. The property dealer will be entitled to a commission equivalent to one month's rent, inclusive of all taxes including GST if applicable. The rent contract will initially be for one year, extendable with mutual consent. Payment of rent to the landlord will be subject to applicable withholding tax deductions. Interested owners or registered property dealers must submit their EOI in a sealed envelope to the address provided. The EOI should include the name and address of the owner or dealer with telephone numbers, size of the plot, constructed area measurement, property dealer registration, owner's CNIC copy, and indicative rental value (negotiable). Proposals will be technically evaluated to shortlist prospective houses, followed by committee negotiations with owners/dealers. EOI submissions must reach within fifteen days from the date of publication. COMSATS University Islamabad reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without justification.
