Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore is conducting a public auction of various valuable properties in connection with ACR No. 20/PB/2021 titled State Vs. Riaz Ahmad Chohan. The auction will take place in Lahore and includes a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, offering a significant opportunity for investors and interested parties to acquire prime real estate assets.
Items being auctioned:
- Plot No. Q-214, Block D, Phase 8, DHA Lahore (56 Kanal, Reserve Price: Rs. 948,575,220, Earnest Money: Rs. 47,428,761)
- 56 Kanal Commercial Land, Mouza Kacha, Ferozepur Road, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,212,792,400, Earnest Money: Rs. 110,639,620)
- 27 Residential Plots, Mouza Chungi Amar Sidhu, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 163,625,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 8,181,250)
- 24 Residential Plots, Mouza Chungi Amar Sidhu, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 138,990,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 6,949,500)
Each property is listed with its respective plot numbers and reserve prices. The auction is being held under the orders of the Chairman NAB, Cheating Public at Large. Interested bidders must submit earnest money as specified for each lot. The auction will be conducted at the NAB Lahore office, and all participants must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the notice, including submission of CNIC, proof of funds, and adherence to the prescribed process.
