Tender Description

Tehsil Municipal Administration Layyah invites sealed bids for the auction of LCD/SMD display boards and advertisement rights at prominent locations within Layyah city. This opportunity allows interested parties to secure exclusive rights for installing and operating digital advertisement boards at high-traffic sites, generating revenue through commercial advertising. The auction will be held at the TMA Layyah office on 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must ensure timely participation and compliance with all terms.
Items being auctioned:
- LCD/SMD Display Board (6 x 3 ft) at Chowk Azam Main Bazar, Reserve Price: Rs. 45,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000, Monthly Fee: Rs. 1,500
- LCD/SMD Display Board (6 x 3 ft) at Chowk Azam Bypass, Reserve Price: Rs. 58,500 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000, Monthly Fee: Rs. 1,500
- LCD/SMD Display Board (10 x 20 ft) at Chowk Azam, Reserve Price: Rs. 250,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 100,000, Monthly Fee: Rs. 5,000
- LCD/SMD Display Board (12 x 18 ft) at Layyah City, Reserve Price: Rs. 100,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Monthly Fee: Rs. 2,000
Each lot includes the right to install and operate the specified size of LCD/SMD board at the designated location for the financial year. The successful bidder will be responsible for all installation, maintenance, and operational costs. Bidders must submit earnest money via CDR or pay order in favor of TMA Layyah. Only those registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible. The highest bid above the reserve price will be accepted, subject to approval by the competent authority. Bidders are advised to visit the sites before bidding to assess visibility and commercial potential. For best results, prepare your bid documents in advance and ensure your earnest money is ready to avoid last-minute issues. The deadline for submission is 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will not be entertained.
