AUCTION: Lease Rights for Installation and Operation of Digital Streamers/SMDs at Horticulture Agency Sialkot Locations

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Sialkot invites interested persons, firms, companies, and contractors to participate in an open auction for grant of rights for installation, operation, maintenance, and display of Digital Streamers/SMDs at designated locations of the Horticulture Agency, Sialkot for a period of 5 years. The auction will be conducted under applicable laws, rules, regulations, and approved terms and conditions of the Horticulture Agency, Sialkot. Items being auctioned: - Paris Road: 50 poles, LED size 6' x 3', Bid Security Rs. 200,000, Proposed Reserve Price Rs. 2,000,000 - Shahabpura Flyover: 31 poles, LED size 6' x 3', Bid Security Rs. 124,000, Proposed Reserve Price Rs. 1,240,000 - Jinnah Flyover: 55 poles, LED size 6' x 3', Bid Security Rs. 220,000, Proposed Reserve Price Rs. 2,200,000 - Sial Flyover (Sublime Chowk): 66 poles, LED size 6' x 3', Bid Security Rs. 260,000, Proposed Reserve Price Rs. 2,600,000 - Muzaffarpur Flyover: 76 poles, LED size 6' x 3', Bid Security Rs. 304,000, Proposed Reserve Price Rs. 3,040,000 - Pul Aik Hajipura, Daska Road (Walking Bridge): LED size 6' x 45', Bid Security Rs. 120,000, Proposed Reserve Price Rs. 1,200,000 The successful bidder will be granted rights for 5 years with a 10% increase in the annual approved bid amount for each subsequent year. The bidder must install and operate the Digital Streamers/SMDs only at the designated locations and within the approved specifications. All costs related to installation, operation, maintenance, electricity, repair, and other allied expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder. No political, religious, objectionable, or prohibited content shall be displayed. The bidder must comply with all terms, conditions, laws, rules, and instructions of the Horticulture Agency. Eligibility requires submission of Earnest Money equivalent to 10% of the respective Reserve Price in the form of CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Sialkot before commencement of the auction. Bidders blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government department or declared ineligible under applicable rules will not be allowed to participate. The auction will be held on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 AM at the Office of Horticulture Agency, Sialkot, opposite Anwar Club, Sialkot. Bidders should carefully review all terms and conditions before participation.
