AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Sites and Shops at Bus Stand Sahiwal

Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (Sahiwal) invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of parking sites and shops at the General Bus Stand, Sahiwal. This auction provides an opportunity for bidders to acquire lucrative lease rights for various commercial properties and parking facilities for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted at the office of the undersigned on 16 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Parking Stand No. 71-B, measuring 425.07 sq. yards, including T-stand, D-stand, and V-stand, with a reserve price of Rs. 30,745,000 and an annual lease value of Rs. 34,161,000 - Lease rights for 100 shops, measuring 1201 sq. yards, with a reserve price of Rs. 20,346,896 and an annual lease value of Rs. 41,095,000 The technical scope includes the management and operation of parking facilities and commercial shops within the bus stand premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and are responsible for maintaining the leased properties in good condition throughout the lease period. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price in the form of a CDR or pay order. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Experience in managing similar facilities will be considered an advantage. The auction will be held at the office of the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company, Sahiwal, on 16 October 2026 at 01:00 PM.
