AUCTION: Lease Rights of General Bus Stand and Lorry Adda Sahiwal for 2026-27

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for the General Bus Stand and Lorry Adda Sahiwal for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations, and interested parties are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of General Bus Stand Sahiwal for 2026-27 (Annual Value: Rs. 2,09,16,700, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,91,670, Schedule Fee: Rs. 250) - Lease rights of Lorry Adda Sahiwal for 2026-27 (Annual Value: Rs. 85,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 8,50,000, Schedule Fee: Rs. 250) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the bus stand and lorry adda facilities, collection of fees, and maintenance of the premises as per municipal standards. The lease period will be from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027. Bidders must provide proof of financial capacity, including a bank statement, and must not be defaulters of any government department. Earnest money must be deposited in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Bidders are also required to submit copies of their CNIC, NTN, and relevant tax documents. The last date for submission of bids is 30-06-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. All documents must be submitted at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal.
