Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The University of Agriculture Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible firms and individuals for the lease of the Main Canteen and two shops located within the university premises. This lease is for the operation, management, and maintenance of these facilities on a monthly rent fee basis. The auction is being conducted by the University of Agriculture Peshawar, located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Items being auctioned:
- Allotment of Main Canteen
- Allotment of Shops (02 Nos)
The bidders must submit earnest money of Rs. 200,000 for the canteen and Rs. 50,000 for each shop. The auction will be held on 15-09-2026 at 10:30 hrs, with submission deadline at 10:00 hrs the same day. Bidders are required to submit affidavits confirming they are not blacklisted or bankrupt, possess a valid NTN issued by FBR, and have relevant experience in managing food service facilities such as canteens or restaurants. Compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations is mandatory.
The bid fee of Rs. 2,000 per form and call deposit receipt (CDR) as bid security must be submitted in the name of Treasurer University of Agriculture Peshawar. The highest evaluated responsive bidder offering the highest monthly rent will be awarded the license, subject to all terms and conditions.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process at any stage according to government rules and university policies.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the KPPRA and University websites and ensure timely submission of all required documents. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their bid security and affidavits are properly prepared and submitted in separate envelopes as specified to avoid disqualification.
