Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites interested individuals, firms, or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of a canteen for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction concerns the canteen located at 7225 SFT (plain plot) between the Old & New building near waiting area & Liver department.
Items/lot involved:
- Canteen space of 7225 SFT (plain plot) at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi
The auction will be conducted exclusively through the e-Auction Portal at https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copy submissions are not required. Applicants must register online and submit Earnest Money equal to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 3,04,0730/-) via Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's cheque. The auction will start from the advertised reserve price and offers must be greater than the previous offer.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the e-Auction Portal and submission of required earnest money. The auction date and time is 20/10/2026 from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The last date for registration closing is 17/09/2026, uploading of eligibility documents is 24/09/2026, submission of grievance is 29/09/2026, grievance redressal date is 06/10/2026, and last date of CDR submission is 13/10/2026.
The auction will follow the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions available on the e-Auction Portal. Late submissions or incomplete applications will be rejected. The successful applicant's offer will be final and binding.
