AUCTION: Lease Rights of Nowshera Cantonment Cattle Market, Bus Stand, Slaughter House, and Parking Stands 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Nowshera invites sealed bids for the lease rights of various public utility sites for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be conducted for the following properties and rights, each with specified reserve prices and annual lease values. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi) and Bus Stand, including: - Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi) (400 days, reserve price Rs. 4,40,000, annual value Rs. 22,000) - Bus Stand (400 days, reserve price Rs. 4,40,000, annual value Rs. 22,000) - Slaughter House (180 days, reserve price Rs. 1,98,000, annual value Rs. 9,900) - Parking Stand (180 days, reserve price Rs. 1,98,000, annual value Rs. 9,900) - Additional Parking Stand (180 days, reserve price Rs. 1,98,000, annual value Rs. 9,900) - Lease rights for Municipal Fish Market (reserve price Rs. 70,00,000, annual value Rs. 3,50,000) - Lease rights for Municipal Slaughter House (reserve price Rs. 3,40,000, annual value Rs. 1,70,000) - Lease rights for Municipal Parking Stand (reserve price Rs. 22,000, annual value Rs. 11,000) Each lot is offered for a fixed period, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the management and operation of the respective facility as per the terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board Nowshera. Bidders must be registered income tax filers with FBR and provide valid documentation at the time of bid submission. Earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order is mandatory for each lot, and the amount is specified in the auction document. The auction will be held at the Cantonment Board office, and all bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 21 August 2026, 11:00 AM. The auction proceedings will commence on the same day. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your FBR registration and all required documents are up to date, and bring original CNIC and earnest money instruments to avoid disqualification during the auction process.
