Prequalification documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Marketing Manager, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore, during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000. The documents are also available on the Pakistan Railways and PPRA websites. Completed applications must reach the office by the deadline. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 15th October 2026 at 11:00 hours and the prequalification submission deadline on 22nd October 2026 at 11:30 hours. Applications will be opened in Committee Room No.3 at the Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
