AUCTION: Lease Rights of Nowshera Cantonment Parking, Cattle Market, Shops, and Advertising Boards 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Nowshera invites sealed bids for the lease rights of various properties and collection contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 and beyond. The auction will be held at the Cantonment Board office, Nowshera, on 13.10.2026 and 14.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following properties and rights: Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for collection of parking fee at various locations (400 motorcycles, 150 cars, 80 wagons, 180 rickshaws, 180 bicycles) with an annual reserve price of Rs. 3,55,000 and security deposit of Rs. 1,75,000 (lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of cattle market fee (Bakra Mandi) with an annual reserve price of Rs. 40,95,000 and security deposit of Rs. 2,04,750 (lease period: 01-11-2026 to 31-10-2031) - Lease rights for collection of slaughterhouse fee (Bakra Qasai) with an annual reserve price of Rs. 70,000 and security deposit of Rs. 25,000 (lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of slaughterhouse fee (Gow Qasai) with an annual reserve price of Rs. 60,000 and security deposit of Rs. 30,000 (lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for advertising boards (20 boards) with an annual reserve price of Rs. 60,000 and security deposit of Rs. 30,000 (lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of rent from temporary shops (number not specified) All interested bidders must be FBR income tax filers and provide a valid Income Tax Filer Certificate. Earnest money (security deposit) must be submitted via pay order or CDR in favor of Cantonment Board Nowshera. Bidders are required to bring original CNIC and submit attested copies along with their bids. The successful bidder will be responsible for timely payment of lease amounts and compliance with all terms and conditions, including prohibition of subletting and overcharging. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bids must be submitted in person at the Cantonment Board Nowshera office by the deadline.
