Market Committee Samundri is inviting sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for various public facilities for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Samundri on 28-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following properties: Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand (465 spaces), Reserve Price: 800,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 80,000 PKR - Cattle Market (Samundri), Reserve Price: 500,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 50,000 PKR - Slaughterhouse (Samundri), Reserve Price: 1,000,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 100,000 PKR The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, provided they are not defaulters of the Market Committee or any other government department. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Market Committee Samundri before the auction begins. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms set by the committee. The auctioned properties include a large parking stand with 465 spaces, the main cattle market of Samundri, and the city slaughterhouse.
