AUCTION: Lease Rights of General Bus Stand, Lorry Adda, Stand No. 1 and Stand No. 2, R.A. Bazaar, Walton Cantonment Lahore for Financial Year 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Walton Cantonment Board Lahore is inviting sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for the General Bus Stand (Lorry Adda), Stand No. 1 and Stand No. 2, located at R.A. Bazaar, Walton Cantonment, Lahore, for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be held on 12-10-2026 at 03:00 PM at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantt, Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for General Bus Stand (Lorry Adda), Stand No. 1, R.A. Bazaar, Walton Cantt, Lahore (reserve price: Rs. 10,000,000 per annum) - Lease rights for General Bus Stand (Lorry Adda), Stand No. 2, R.A. Bazaar, Walton Cantt, Lahore (reserve price: Rs. 10,000,000 per annum) The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect entry fees and manage the bus stands for one year. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 10 percent of the reserve price in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Walton Cantonment Board Lahore. Only those who deposit the earnest money and obtain the auction documents will be eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted on an open competitive basis, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval. The successful bidder must deposit the full annual lease amount within the stipulated time after approval. Interested parties must be registered with FBR and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The auction documents can be obtained from the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer on payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). The last date for submission of documents and earnest money is 12-10-2026 by 03:00 PM. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the bidders.
