AUCTION: Lease of Shop at Federal Colony Hassan Ghari Peshawar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Government of Pakistan Estate Office, under the Ministry of Housing & Works, invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for leasing a shop located at Federal Colony, Hassan Ghari, Peshawar. The lease is initially for a period of three years on a monthly rent basis, supervised by the auction committee at the office of the Assistant Director Estate Office, Peshawar. Items being auctioned: - Shop situated at Federal Colony, Hassan Ghari, Peshawar (01 shop) The proposed market-based rent for the shop is Rs. 13,383/- per month. Participants must submit a token money of Rs. 25,000/- as earnest money, refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for the successful bidder. Payment should be made in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer Estate Office Management, Peshawar via pay order or demand draft payable in Peshawar. Estate Office employees and contractors are not eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC to the auction committee. Bidding documents must be delivered to the Estate Office Management, Peshawar, at or before 11:00 AM on 14-10-2026. Late bids will not be entertained. The auction will commence on the same date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder shall pay advance rent for one year within 10 days and three months settled rent as security after approval of the auctioned shop. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Assistant Director Estate Office Management, Peshawar during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM upon payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable).
