Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Municipal Committee Hafizabad is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect fees from two major municipal revenue streams in Hafizabad. The auction will be held at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Hafizabad, on 06-10-2026 at 12:30 PM. All eligible and interested bidders are encouraged to participate in this open and transparent process.
Items being auctioned:
- Collection rights for General Bus Stand Hafizabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 54,53,750, Earnest Money: Rs. 5,45,375, Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Collection rights for Slaughterhouse Hafizabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 23,80,043, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,38,004, Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027)
The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect the prescribed municipal fees from the respective sites for the specified period. Bidders must submit valid CNIC, up-to-date tax documents, and proof of NTN registration. Earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited via pay order or CDR in favor of the Municipal Committee Hafizabad. Only those who have not defaulted on previous contracts and are not blacklisted are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement and comply with all municipal regulations.
Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Hafizabad, before the auction time. Late submissions will not be entertained. For best results, bidders should ensure all documentation is complete and arrive early to clarify any queries with the auction committee.
