Cantonment Board Lowshan invites sealed bids for the auction and lease rights of various parking stands, cattle market, shops, and collection rights for the upcoming financial year. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for General Bus Stand Parking (409 vehicles), Adda Parking (180 vehicles), Adda Parking (180 vehicles), Adda Parking (180 vehicles), with a total reserve price of Rs. 3,555,000 and annual value of Rs. 1,775,000 - Lease rights for Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi) with a reserve price of Rs. 4,093,000 and annual value of Rs. 2,047,750 (till 31-10-2031) - Lease rights for Taxi Stand with a reserve price of Rs. 10,000 and annual value of Rs. 10,000 - Lease rights for Shop No. 1 with a reserve price of Rs. 25,000 and annual value of Rs. 25,000 - Lease rights for Shop No. 2 with a reserve price of Rs. 3,000 and annual value of Rs. 3,000 - Lease rights for Shop No. 3 with a reserve price of Rs. 60,000 and annual value of Rs. 30,000 All interested bidders must be registered Income Tax Filers (FBR) and provide valid CNIC copies. Earnest Money equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price must be deposited via Pay Order or CDR in favor of Cantonment Board Lowshan. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and abide by the terms and conditions set by the Board. The auction will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award.
