AUCTION: Business Stalls at Sahulat Bazaar (Gujranwala Division) for 2026-27

Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority is offering a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs and traders to acquire business stalls in Sahulat Bazaars across Gujranwala Division for the upcoming financial year 2026-27. The auction is open for both new and existing vendors who wish to operate their businesses in these government-facilitated markets. The stalls are being offered on an annual lease basis through a transparent open auction process, ensuring equal opportunity for all interested parties. Items being auctioned: - 21 stalls at Sahulat Bazaar, Satellite Town, Gujranwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 31,500 per stall, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Registration Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-09-22 at 11:00 am) - 43 stalls at Sahulat Bazaar, Satellite Town, Sialkot (Reserve Price: Rs. 31,500 per stall, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Registration Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-09-23 at 11:00 am) Each stall will be leased for one year, with the successful bidder required to pay the annual reserve price in advance. The auction will be conducted at the respective Sahulat Bazaar locations in Gujranwala and Sialkot. Interested participants must obtain a PSID (Payment Slip ID) by depositing a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 10,000 and earnest money of Rs. 20,000 per stall. The PSID can be generated online or at the auction venue. Only those who have completed the registration process and deposited the required amounts will be eligible to participate in the auction. Applicants must bring their original CNIC and proof of payment on the auction day. The stalls are intended for the sale of essential commodities and daily-use items as per the guidelines of the Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority. Preference will be given to vendors with prior experience in retail or market operations. Allotment will be strictly as per the highest bid received, subject to approval by the authority. The last date for registration is one day prior to the auction date for each location. A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete verification and secure your participation, as latecomers may not be accommodated due to strict SOPs and time constraints.
