AUCTION: Lease Rights for Parking, Bus Stand, and Collection Contracts 2026-27 Tehsil Municipal Committee Taunsa Sharif

Tehsil Municipal Committee Taunsa Sharif invites open public auction bids for lease rights of various income contracts for the financial year 2026-27 (third time). The auction will be held at the committee office on 20-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and secure lucrative municipal contracts for the upcoming year. The following lots are available for auction: - Lorry Adda (Bus Stand) Fee Collection, Cattle Market Fee Collection, and Cycle/Motorcycle Stand (Reserve Price: PKR 4,752,595, Security Deposit: PKR 475,260, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Slaughterhouse Fee Collection (Reserve Price: PKR 752,473, Security Deposit: PKR 75,250, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Parking Fee Collection for Motorcycle Rickshaw/Loader Rickshaw (Reserve Price: PKR 1,100,000, Security Deposit: PKR 110,000, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Parking Fee Collection for Bus Stand (Reserve Price: PKR 3,000,000, Security Deposit: PKR 300,000, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Agricultural Land Lease, Municipal Committee Taunsa Sharif (Reserve Price: PKR 1,000,000, Security Deposit: PKR 100,000, Lease Period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) Each contract comes with a specified reserve price and security deposit. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab government for the financial year 2026-27 and must not be defaulters of any municipal or government contracts. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee and all legal formalities must be fulfilled. Successful bidders will be required to pay 1/4th of the bid amount on the spot and the remaining in installments as per rules. A 16% advance income tax will also be applicable.
