AUCTION: Sand Gravel and Other Ordinary Minerals Collection Rights 2025 at District Support Mines and Minerals Balochistan

The Directorate General Mines and Minerals Balochistan is inviting sealed offers for the auction of collection rights for Sand Gravel and Other Ordinary Minerals for the year 2025. The auction will be held at the Directorate office in Quetta, and interested parties are encouraged to participate as per the terms and conditions outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for Sand Gravel and Other Ordinary Minerals (District Support Mines and Minerals Balochistan) Reserve price: Rs. 35,00,000/- The technical scope covers the exclusive rights to extract and collect sand, gravel, and other ordinary minerals from the specified district area for the financial year 2025. The successful bidder will be responsible for compliance with all relevant mining, environmental, and tax regulations. The auction will be conducted on 29-10-2026 at 2:00 PM at the Directorate General Mines and Minerals Balochistan, Quetta. Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money equivalent to 25% of the reserve price in the form of a pay order or CDR, valid CNIC, and registration with BRA and FBR. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government department and should provide an affidavit to this effect. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated time after acceptance of the offer. Sealed offers must be submitted to the Directorate office before the auction date. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
