AUCTION: Seized Timber Wood Auction in Zhob Forest Division October 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Forest and Wildlife Department Balochistan is inviting the general public and interested parties to participate in the open auction of confiscated timber wood in Zhob district. The auction will be held at the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests Zhob on 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. This auction includes various lots of seized timber wood, which have been confiscated and are now being offered for sale to the highest bidders under the specified terms and conditions. Items being auctioned: - Timber wood lot (confiscated) with an approximate quantity of 80 cubic feet, including: - 40 cubic feet of high-quality timber - 76 cubic feet of mixed timber The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules, and the successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount on the spot. The upset price for the timber wood is set at 980 PKR per cubic foot for high-quality timber and 960 PKR per cubic foot for mixed timber. An earnest money deposit of 450 PKR per cubic foot is mandatory for participation. The successful bidder must pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time, failing which the bid will be cancelled and the earnest money forfeited. The department will ensure the protection of the timber until the handover, after which the responsibility will transfer to the successful bidder. All interested parties must bring their original CNIC and submit their bids in person at the specified date and time. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the timber lots in advance and clarify any queries regarding the quality or quantity before the auction day. This will help in making an informed bid and avoiding any disputes later.
