AUCTION: Livestock, Wheat Straw, Scrap Machinery, Scrap Compressors, and Used Generators at Government Livestock Farm Bahawalnagar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Livestock Farm Bahawalnagar is conducting a public auction for various items and assets at its premises. The auction will be held on 15-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the farm. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction process for the following lots: Items being auctioned: - 3 cows, 16 buffaloes, 220 sheep/goats (livestock) - 9 tons of wheat straw - 1700 kg scrap machinery - 3000 kg scrap compressors - Used generators (3 units): - Generator 640, Model BK-4597, 1994 - Generator 640, Model BK-4678, 1994 - Generator 640, Model 640/7, 2005 The reserve price for livestock is Rs. 50,000, for wheat straw Rs. 50,000, for scrap machinery Rs. 1,00,000, for scrap compressors Rs. 1,00,000, and for used generators Rs. 2,00,000. All items will be auctioned as per the listed quantities and reserve prices. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, and the highest bidder will be awarded the lot, subject to approval by the competent authority. Participants must bring their original CNIC and deposit earnest money as specified for each lot. Successful bidders are required to deposit the full amount immediately after the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
