AUCTION: Makai, Sarson, Bajra, China Til and Moong Crop Produce at GAF Constituent College Burewala

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. GAF Constituent College Burewala is conducting an open auction for the sale of various agricultural crop produce for the year 2026. The auction will be held at the college premises in Burewala, Punjab. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process for the following items: - Makai (Maize) crop from 867 kanal area - Sarson (Mustard) crop from 201 kanal area - Bajra (Millet) crop from 47 kanal area - China Til (Sesame) crop from 91 kanal area - Moong (Mung Bean) crop from 3.25 kanal area The auction for Makai will take place on 7th September 2026 at 10:30 AM, while the auctions for Sarson, Bajra, China Til, and Moong will be held on 8th September 2026 at 10:30 AM. All auctions will be conducted at the college campus. Participants must bring their original CNIC and deposit earnest money of PKR 100,000 in the form of pay order. Successful bidders who are filers will pay 10% advance tax, while non-filers will pay 20%. The remaining amount must be paid within 15 days of the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the crops before the auction date to assess the quality and yield. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and deposit the required earnest money will be allowed to participate. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms. A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and review the crop lots in person, as this will give you a better chance to make an informed bid and avoid last-minute rush.
