Supply of Flowering Trees and Plantation Material for Plantation Along Roads, Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed Nurseries with relevant work experience and registration with tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for plants on an annual FRAMEWORK CONTRACT BASIS for FY:2026-27 for specified areas under the jurisdiction of Horticulture Agency Lahore. Items being procured: - Flowering trees and other plantation material for plantation along the roads, Horticulture Agency Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding on a lot-wise basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids must be submitted electronically by 09-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m., with the opening of bids scheduled for 09-10-2026 at 11:30 a.m. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Supplied items must be delivered to the site at the Horticulture Agency Lahore head office within the stipulated time mentioned in the purchase order. Only technically qualified firms will have their financial bids opened. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee/Security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of a CDR favoring the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore, if the bid is quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount. This security will be released after successful completion of work; otherwise, it will be forfeited. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal to avoid last-minute issues. The Horticulture Agency Lahore will not be responsible for any problems faced during bid submission.
