Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Bhakkar is inviting open public auction bids for the lease rights of various municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of Municipal Committee Bhakkar on 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in the auction for the following assets:
- Theka Mawaishi Aman General Bus Stand Bhakkar (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 50,000, Lease Period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Theka Mawaishi Aman Cattle Market Bhakkar (Reserve Price: Rs. 64,800, Earnest Money: Rs. 6,480, Lease Period: same as above)
- Slaughter House Bhakkar (Reserve Price: Rs. 37,500, Earnest Money: Rs. 3,750, Lease Period: same as above)
- Parking Stand near General Bus Stand Bhakkar (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,000, Lease Period: same as above)
The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Local Government Auction Rules. All interested bidders must deposit the specified earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR before participating. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee Bhakkar. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction.
Eligibility is open to all Pakistani citizens who fulfill the requirements. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
