AUCTION: Serviceable and Obsolete Medical Equipment

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Public Sector Organization invites bids for auction of serviceable, unserviceable, and obsolete medical and related equipment on an as is, where is basis. The assets are available for inspection at the Store Department, P.O. Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad. The auction is intended for buyers who can inspect, value, remove, and lawfully use or dispose of the listed equipment at their own risk and expense. Mandatory item list: Lot 1, one M/s Strongarm Waste Incinerator, dual chamber, capacity 20KG/hr; Lot 2, one Mediso Dual Head Spect Gamma Camera Nucline Spirit DHV, Hungary; Lot 3, one Codonics Horizon SE Mediso Connectivity, USA; Lot 4, one Semi-Automatic Chemistry Analyzer Microlab-300, Merck, Netherland; Lot 5, one Hematology Analyzer, Medonic CA-620, Sweden; Lot 6, one Konica Minolta Wet Film Processor, SRX-201, Japan; Lot 7, one Liquid Nitrogen Cylinder, 35 LDB, USA; Lot 8, one Rapid Sterilization Machine; Lot 9, one O.T Table, 890x450x1000mm, Korea; Lot 10, one Gamma Camera ADAC with Couch, Collimators, Stand etc.; Lot 11, one ADAC Single Head Gamma Camera, Genesys Epic; Lot 12, one X-Ray Film Processor, MIN-R Mammography Processor KODAK; Lot 13, one Automatic Film Processor CP-345; and Lot 14, one Radiotherapy Simulator, HMDI-IA. Each listed quantity is one. Each bidder must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the bid amount with the bid, in cash or CDR, in favour of the Senior Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 110, Abbottabad. The earnest money will be refundable to unsuccessful bidders but forfeited if the successful bidder fails to complete contractual obligations. Bids must include applicable government taxes. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid value on the spot. Sealed envelopes clearly marked Financial Proposal must reach the Store Department, P.O. Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad, by **11:00 hours on 31 August 2026**. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours. Inspection is available from 0900 to 1400 hours, excluding Friday and Sunday. No ATL requirement is stated; bidders should confirm tax and documentation requirements before submission. Practical tip: inspect every asset, calculate removal costs, and quote only after verifying condition.
