Auction of Minor Minerals Lease Blocks in District Mansehra

The District Auction Committee Mansehra is inviting applications from registered contractors of Minor Minerals for participation in the auction and grant of Minor Mineral leases for various blocks/areas in District Mansehra. This procurement is managed by the Mineral Development office in Mansehra and is governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act 2017. Items being procured: - 23.174 acres near Village Anayat Abad Baffa Tehsil Baffa Pakhal - 129.19 acres near village Souch Balakot Naran - 88.206 acres near village Talhatta Balakot - 335.457 acres near village Phuldhar Oghi/Darband - 64.05 acres near village Hamsherian/Labarkot The auction covers lease rights for these specified blocks for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the allotment letter. The auction will be held on 18/08/2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Mansehra, with a backup date of 19/08/2026 at the same time if the first auction is unsuccessful. Interested parties must submit their application forms along with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 plus 2% sales tax, at least three days before the auction.
