AUCTION: Non-Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits of Kashmir Markhor and Himalayan Ibex

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites sealed bids for the auction of Non-Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits for Kashmir Markhor and Himalayan Ibex. This auction is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulation Rules, 2014. Interested bidders can obtain standard bidding documents from the KPPRA website. Items being auctioned: - Kashmir Markhor permits for Kohistan (2 trophies) - Kashmir Markhor permits for Chitral Gol National Park (2 trophies) - Himalayan Ibex permits for Chitral Gol National Park (1 trophy) - Himalayan Ibex permits for Mansehra (1 trophy) - Himalayan Ibex permits for Kohistan (1 trophy) The bid security requires submission of a CDR equal to 5% of the offered bid rate. Bids must be submitted in original form addressed to the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. Bidders must provide a bid security/guarantee from a scheduled bank excluding microfinance and other financial institutions. Sealed bids must be complete with all supporting documents including NTN certificate and submitted in person or via authorized representative, registered post, or courier service before the deadline. Late bids will be rejected. The auction will be held in Peshawar at the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife (CCWL), Forest Complex, Shami Road. The bid receiving and submission deadline is 17 November 2026 at 01:30 PM, with financial bid opening at 02:00 PM the same day. Bidders should carefully review the qualification and evaluation criteria in the bid solicitation documents. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. For further information and inspection of documents, bidders may contact the office during official hours from 0900 to 1700 PST. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security CDR is properly prepared and submitted in original form as per instructions to avoid disqualification.
