IBA-Public School Sukkur invites bids for leasing office and commercial spaces located at a prime location on Military Road, next to KFC, Sukkur. The auction includes a building and a shop available for rent, offering excellent commercial opportunities in a high-traffic area. Items being auctioned: - Building size: 1751.45 Sq Ft (29'-2"x57'-2") with covered parking area of 680.30 Sq Ft, currently occupied by Habib Bank Limited near KFC Military Road, Sukkur. The covered area is furnished with paint on walls, roof with fall sealing, and an airtight structure designed especially for air conditioning. A three-phase electric meter is installed. - Shop covered area: 1125 Sq Ft (24'-11.5"x45'), near KFC Military Road Sukkur, only gray structure. The auction documents can be collected from the Admin Office, IBA Public School, Military Road, Sukkur on any working day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. between October 01, 2026 and October 20, 2026. The last date for submission of bids in a sealed envelope is October 20, 2026, up to 3:00 p.m. at the Admin Office, IBA Public School Sukkur. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security in the form of a refundable bank demand draft or pay order in favor of IBA-Public School Sukkur must be attached with the bid document. Any bid without bid security will be rejected and treated as disqualified. The building and shop can be inspected on any working day during working hours from October 01, 2026 to October 20, 2026. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees will be charged as per rules. The highest eligible quoted bid will be the successful bidder. Bid validity period is 90 days. IBA-Public School Sukkur reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
