Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Tank invites bids for the third time E-Auction of collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is for three key revenue sites in Tank city: General Bus Stand, Eidgah Bazar, and Sabzi Mandi. The process will be conducted online via the cfmIs.lgkp.gov.pk portal. Interested parties can participate in the E-Auction on 8 October 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The successful bidders will be granted collection rights for the specified period.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Tank (Reserve price: Rs. 359,230)
- Eidgah Bazar (Reserve price: Rs. 58,666)
- Sabzi Mandi (Reserve price: Rs. 22,183)
The scope includes the right to collect fees and manage the respective sites for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit earnest money (5% of the reserve price) in the form of CDR in the name of TMA Tank. Only those who deposit the required earnest money and complete online registration will be eligible to participate. The auction will be held strictly as per the schedule, and no late entries will be entertained.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Pakistani nationals, not blacklisted, and to provide valid CNIC and tax registration. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered, subject to approval by the competent authority. All terms and conditions, including payment schedule and site management obligations, are detailed in the notice.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction terms and ensure timely submission of earnest money and online registration. For a practical advantage, ensure your CDR and registration documents are uploaded well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
