AUCTION: Official Vehicle Suzuki Jimny Jeep by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, a public sector bank headquartered in Islamabad, invites eligible individuals and firms to participate in an e-auction for the disposal of an official vehicle on an AS IS WHERE IS BASIS. The auction concerns one Suzuki Jimny Jeep, model year 2007/08, located at the Regional Office in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan. The vehicle has a reserve price of PKR 530,000/- and will not be sold below this amount. Items being auctioned: - Suzuki Jimny Jeep (Model 2007/08) with reserve value PKR 530,000/- located at Regional Office, Gilgit/Baltistan, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Near Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly, Jutail, Gilgit. The vehicle can be inspected at the Regional Office during working days from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM until the auction date. The auction will be conducted through the EPAD System Version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must submit a Pay Order or Bank Draft of Rs. 25,000/- as Earnest Money in favor of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited. Crossed cheques are not accepted. Earnest Money must be submitted at the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office Islamabad or Regional Operation Head, ZTBL Gilgit-Baltistan before the deadline. The successful bidder must deposit PKR 150,000/- within five days of award and the remaining amount within 15 working days. Failure to deposit payment within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of Earnest Money. The vehicle will be sold without tax, and the purchaser will bear transfer fees and other government charges. Tax will be charged separately as per applicable laws. Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason as per PPRA Disposal rules. Bids submission deadline is 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
