Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Pakistan Auction Mart is conducting a public auction of old government vehicles on 1st September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction will take place at the designated auction site, and all interested parties are invited to participate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals and businesses to acquire used government vehicles through a transparent and competitive bidding process.
Items being auctioned:
- Old government vehicles (specific makes, models, and quantities not provided in the notice)
The vehicles will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to the auction date to assess their condition. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction. The remaining 75 percent must be paid within 7 days of the auction. Additional charges include a 10 percent auction fee, 20 percent income tax, and 1 percent CVT, all payable by the winning bidder.
Participants must bring valid identification and be prepared to comply with all auction terms and conditions. It is advisable to arrive early to complete registration and review the vehicles. For further details, contact the auction office at the number provided below. A practical tip: bring a mechanic or vehicle expert with you to the inspection to help assess the true value and condition of the vehicles before bidding. This can help you avoid unexpected repair costs after purchase.
The auction is open to all eligible bidders, and the process will be conducted in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Do not miss this chance to purchase government vehicles at competitive prices. For more information, contact Pakistan Auction Mart.
