AUCTION: Lease of Shops and Godown at Punjab Small Industries Corporation, Dera Ghazi Khan

Punjab Small Industries Corporation is inviting bids for the open auction of lease rights for various shops and a godown located at its Dera Ghazi Khan Industrial Estate. The auction will be held on 27 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the PSIC office, 1st Floor, House No. 1, Samanabad Road, Chungi No. 9, Dera Ghazi Khan. This is an excellent opportunity for interested parties to acquire commercial property rights in a prime industrial location. Items being auctioned: - Shop No. 26-B/3, 27-B/3 (20 shops, reserve price: PKR 110,000 per annum) - Shop No. 26-C/5 (10 shops, reserve price: PKR 100,000 per annum) - Godown No. G-1 (80 marla, reserve price: PKR 500,000 per annum) The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of PSIC. Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit earnest money equivalent to 1/4th of the reserve price in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Successful bidders will be required to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time. All properties are being leased on an annual basis, and the department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
