Auction of Parking Area Adjacent to Gate No. 02 at Sahiwal Teaching Hospital

Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Institutions Sahiwal invites registered individuals and firms to participate in the auction of its parking area adjacent to Gate No. 02 at Sahiwal Teaching Hospital for a period of one year. This auction is conducted through the e-Auction Portal to ensure transparency and ease of participation. Items being procured: - Auction of Parking area(s) adjacent to Gate No. 02, Area: 54,498 Sq. Ft. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing parking for all types of vehicles entering Sahiwal Teaching Hospital including motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickup trucks, and Mazda vehicles. The role includes ensuring systematic traffic flow within the institution premises with safety and security of vehicles maintained professionally. The auction is governed by the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC & ME Department. Eligibility requires registration on the e-Auction Portal with submission of Earnest Money amounting to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 1,353,000) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s cheque from a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. Hard copies of applications are not required. The auction process includes uploading eligibility status, grievance submission, and grievance redressal on specified dates before the auction day. Key dates include registration closing on 27-08-2026, eligibility upload by 03-09-2026, grievance submission by 10-09-2026, grievance redressal by 17-09-2026, and CDR submission by 30-09-2026.
