AUCTION: Parking Areas Stop-Gap Operation and Management at Jinnah Hospital Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Jinnah Hospital Lahore invites applications from eligible, legally registered firms or companies for participation in an auction for the stop-gap, contingency operation and management of the Hospital parking areas in Lahore. The arrangement is for three (03) months or until finalization of the new e-Auction, whichever is earlier, with a possible extension for up to three (03) more months or until the new e-Auction is finalized. Items being auctioned: - Parking areas operation and management at Jinnah Hospital Lahore The reserve/opening price is Rs. 7,637,697/- for three (03) months, exclusive of applicable taxes. The auction will start from this reserve price. Bid security is 10% of the reserve price, Rs. 763,770/- (rounded upward), to be submitted in the prescribed form. The auction date and time is 13-10-2026 at 11:30 AM, to be held at the Conference Room, Jinnah Hospital Lahore. The last date for applications is 12-10-2026. Applicants must include all documents required under the eligibility criteria in the Auction Terms and Conditions. Payment by the successful bidder requires an advance equal to fifteen (15) days of the accepted bid amount plus applicable taxes, to be deposited within 24 hours of written acceptance and adjusted against the final fifteen (15) days. The accepted amount shall thereafter be deposited into the designated Hospital account daily. The complete Auction Terms and Conditions, including eligibility criteria and required documents, may be downloaded from the AIMC/JHL website or the SHC&ME Department website, or obtained from the Office of AMS Contracts, Jinnah Hospital Lahore during official timings. Only applicants meeting eligibility criteria and submitting complete documents will be allowed to participate. The successful bidder must comply with the payment schedule and all other requirements stated in the Auction Terms and Conditions. Applicable taxes are payable in addition to the accepted bid amount. Bidders are advised to carefully review the Auction Terms and Conditions and ensure timely submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
